Effective: August 1, 2026 (last updated October 14, 2026) · PicSpot is published by MadApps Studios.
PicSpot lets a host create a shared photo album (a "Spot") that guests join by QR code or invite code. Photos and videos added to a Spot are visible to its members.
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant PicSpot the license needed to store, display, and share it within the Spot. Do not upload unlawful content, content you lack rights to, or content that is sexually explicit, violent, or harassing. Uploads are screened automatically and may be removed; Spot owners moderate their Spots.
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email verification code.
Optional PicSpot Premium is billed through your app store or payment provider and auto-renews until cancelled in your store account settings. Subscription status is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
The free tier of PicSpot may display ads served by Google AdMob. PicSpot Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AdMob handles advertising data.
PicSpot is for people aged 13 and older. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it removes your content from active systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, MadApps Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to PicSpot is limited to the amount you paid for PicSpot Premium in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
