This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the PicSpot app. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover content ownership, subscriptions, and user-generated content rules.
MadApps Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PicSpot on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; redistribute or sublicense the app; or use PicSpot to violate any law or the rights of others.
Apple and Google are not responsible for PicSpot or its content and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and Google are each a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
MadApps Studios may terminate this license if you violate these terms. You may stop using PicSpot at any time by deleting the app or your account.
PicSpot is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
